Pricing Details:

• Bucklings and doelings range from $300 to $900; Wethers (neutered males) are $150 to $250.
  
• Price is determined by several characteristics: confirmation, fiber quality, color, blood lines, and disposition being most important.  We have the fleece of each goat objectively fiber tested when the animal is 2 years old (or its second fleece) to ensure that all of our goats are producing excellent fiber and passing this trait on to their offspring.

Reservations/Purchases:

• Kidding season usually runs from mid-March to late May.  The kids sell fast so contact us to be placed on the waiting list--there is no charge for this service.  The waiting list is a first-come-first-serve basis. It does not commit you to a purchase, but it does guarantee that you'll be able to select your goats in the order placed on the list.
  
• Upon selection of your goats, a 50% deposit is required to hold your animals, of which $100 per goat is non-refundable.
  
• Balance is due prior to shipping or on the day of pick-up.
  
• We wean the kids at 3 months of age, and we like to give them a few weeks to adjust to this transition before they leave for their new home.  All kids receive lots of hands-on time and attention to make them extremely friendly!
  
• Should you need to build fence, shelter, etc. before the goats arrive at your farm, we can board the goats for $10 per goat per month. We do not begin charging board for kids until they reach 4 months of age.

Discounts:

• With the purchase of a buck, you receive a 50% discount on a wether--we give this discount because it's best to keep one wether per buck as goats are herd animals and need companionship.
  
• With the purchase of 5 or more goats (bucks and does), we offer a free wether and a 10% discount.

Price Includes:

• All shots and deworming are up-to-date at the time the goats leave our farm.  
• Half of the cost for a Certified Vet Check for goats crossing state lines.
• Pedigrees, health and breeding records, and fleece test results (where applicable).
• Email and phone support for livestock and fiber questions.

Shipping/Transport:

• Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer--selection, cost, scheduling, risks.  Please keep in mind that travel is stressful for livestock--make sure that they'll have adequate space and proper care during transport.
• Please consult with us about shipping dates as we need to arrange vet checks (for livestock crossing state lines) and our schedules to be here on the appropriate day.
• If needed, we can refer you to qualified livestock haulers.
